PR’s

When I signed up for my first 5K (and even for a while after running it), I had no idea what this “PR” was that everyone was talking about.  Thankfully Google is your friend (and mine too) so I am now fully educated on the subject.  However, to save other newbie runners the search, “PR” stands for “Personal Record.”  It is used to refer to your best time in any given distance.  Many runners will only quote PR’s from races, not from training runs.

Here are my PR’s thus far.  I’ll add to these as I get more distances raced and hopefully to update them with faster times.
