The forecast called for rain and the radar supported this, so I decided to go for a run in the rain.  I ended up walking probably 0.75 miles before the “rain” began.  When it started to drizzle, I started to run.  Since I had no iPhone or watch, I have no clue how far or how fast I went.

~30 minute run in the rain (preceded by a ~10 min walk)

Quick but intense upper body weight training session.

Short (maybe 0.75-1.0 mile) run – too hot and humid.

15 minutes hitting the heavy bag.
